Jeet Win Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Jeet Win ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using the Jeet Win platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are using the Jeet Win platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. Before your first withdrawal is processed, Jeet Win may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required to protect both the player and the platform from fraud. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error or software failure — the round in question may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. • Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of obvious software errors, pricing mistakes or technical glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or stakes.

Jeet Win reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that is harmful to other players or to the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You may be given the opportunity to provide information to resolve the issue. If the suspension is confirmed, any remaining balance may be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any bonuses or funds associated with prohibited activity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings, which provides additional protections.
